At least once a year, the unavoidable task of the Performance Review comes up. No pressure, but any potential you hope to have for a promotion, raise, or bonus are all based on this submission. Today we discuss how we go about the Performance Review process, any tips or tricks we've gleaned from our managers, and do some roleplaying action with our *professional voices* on!
