All Good Things Come To An End

Whether it’s the school year coming to an end, or your favorite TV show airing its last episode,  all good things come to an end. Today we discuss how we deal with the finality and temporary nature of various aspects of life, from silly things like overcoming the feeling of emptiness after finishing our favorite book/show, all the way to heavier feelings of ending a relationship or losing a loved one. We also tackle how we viewed and understood death at a young age, and how we’ve come to manage our feelings of grief and fear when faced with the concept/impact of mortality.
